clear instructions beautiful skyline magical sunrise
the pilates class with amelia began my days wonderfully. she gave clear instructions! and it was fun. the sky deck had clouds right above me, and the city skyline was beautiful. sunrise there was magical.
the wi-fi was slow. apply, twice.

Balanced Stay Experience
cardio machines new machines unfriendly service tower preference
The gym had top-class equipment. Cardio machines included live TV and training programs. The weightlifting area had new machines and free weights. Uma was very helpful in the gym.
The front desk service was not consistently friendly. Some staff seemed unwilling to transfer calls without specific room numbers. the check-in staff still processed a room in that tower initially.

really good stay
welcome tea body massage attentive staff
i enjoyed the welcome tea before my treatment. jean gave me a 90 minutes treatment and performed a full body massage. this was worth every penny i spent. the staff was very attentive to my needs. i will be back for sure.
the check-in was slow and took more than it should have. i waited for about one hour before getting into my room. there should be a better process to handle this.

the hotel is close to many attractions. gardens by the bay are a short walk. access to the shoppes is very convenient. the museum is next door too.

overrated, overpriced.
crowded pool influencer presence
the views are, admittedly, pretty neat.
this place is a zoo. the rooftop pool felt more like a public swimming pool than a luxury amenity. kids were splashing everywhere, and i swear i saw at least three influencers posing for their socials instead of actually swimming. not the relaxing, luxurious experience i paid for, that's for sure.

the check-in process was pretty slow. i waited almost an hour, and no one offered me a drink or a seat (a drink would have been good!). for what i paid, i expected a bit more care and attention.
